Madison on Penn | King Suite, Top Floor

We have now stayed at this property twice and both times have been above a five-star rating. The penthouse is extremely safe with two separate doors having security codes, one for entering the building and one for the penthouse door. It comes with your own all-in-one washer/dryer combo machine that has automatic detergent. The building and penthouse are in mint condition. Jake also provides you your own parking space directly behind the building at check-in upon request which is a great bonus in the city, just note the parking lot is next to another residential parking lot which is much larger...do not mix them up like we did.

The air bnb was so clean and spacious the beds were so comfortable, we had an amazing stay

We've stayed at a previous property of Jake's which was a five star, however, by far this property of his exceeded the five star. Pristine cleanliness and condition of this penthouse stood out the most. It had everything we needed. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the sofa bed was also comfy. There was an issue with the building door code, however Jake's team was quick to respond and resolve the issue even though it was late at night. Jake and his team by far have exceeded our expectations in standards, cleanliness, and communication during our stay in the Pittsburgh area when compared to other Pittsburgh Airbnbs.

L the place was incredible the bed was soft everything was clean. Will book again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Jake’s Airbnb! The space was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my visit. It was a great place to relax and unwind, and I truly appreciated the experience. Jake was a great host, and I would definitely consider staying here again! My only disappointment was that I thought Room 303 included a balcony and sauna, so I was looking forward to enjoying those amenities. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay. Thank you again, Jake! I look forward to coming back! ❤️🏡

We stayed here for the weekend when going to a Steeler’s game. This rental was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would stay here again.

Jake was highly responsive. I had lost an iodine. He was able to secure the item and hold it until I was able to pick it up.

Excellent place to stay, very ample space and accomodations. Jake was very responsive regardless of the time of the day

Excellent place to stay love the walk ability and easy parking. Very clean facility

Great space that has updated amenities and easy parking. Great location, clean and host is very accommodating and friendly. Would stay again.

We had a nice weekend at Jake’s place. It was exactly as described, comfortable, and it was great having a parking spot!

Great property and great host!

It was perfect, no complaints.

Literllly the only place me and my family stay when I’m in town for work! Thanks so much!

The host was very quick to respond and the building was easy to access as well as comfortable to stay in. Parking was easy and free which was a nice perk! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Burgh!

We had a nice, comfortable stay! The off-street parking was very helpful, and the Airbnb had everything we needed!

Great space! Everything was clean and matched the description. Mt husband and I booked very short notice, and Jake was able to accommodate us with zero hassle 💜

Jake's place was exactly as described and pictured. It's in a great location that's very walkable to plenty of restaurant and bar options. The off street parking is a great plus in this location.

The place was great! Comfortable bed, large space and in a great location

Jake is a fantastic host and the unit we stayed in is top-drawer. All communication was timely and complete. Not a single issue. Location is very convenient to walking-distance restaurants and shops. When we're back in Pittsburgh we will definitely reach out to Jake to find out if this unit or any of his other properties are available for our stay.

Really nice place. very comfortable bed and Jake made sure I had answers to all the questions. would stay again

Love this place and location. Definitely will book again if we come back.

Fantastic space in great neighborhood. Very thoughtfully designed appointed and stocked.

My husband and I were very happy with this AirBNB and are already planning to stay here again the next time we’re in Pittsburgh if it’s available. It was spotless, quiet, parking included, comfortable furniture, and looked exactly like the pictures.

We loved it! Very clean and spacious. Plush comfortable bed. Appreciate the amenities. We used the sauna and the hot water kettle. Thank you for the tea and coffee. Also really appreciated the washer/dryer combo in one machine! Quiet location and private parking. Definitely recommend!

Jake is the man! Thanks for making my time in Pittsburg that much more of a great experience! Highly recommend staying in one of Jake’s locations!

A charming stay on Penn with practically no issues finding the spot or with the rental. Jake was very responsive to every need we had.

amazingly comfortable bed!

My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Jake was very quick to respond with any questions I had. The space was clean and in a great location. I highly recommend!

Very responsive host - from first thing in the morning until late at night. Good value for an updated rental in a central location. Thanks, Jake!

We had a great stay despite it being the first little vacation I took with my little family consisting of my wife, our new born and puppy. There was a lot to do around the area, but we were too tired at times from sleepless nights with the baby. Overall we still felt at home in peace just to have a small getaway. Jake was awesome with responding. We would definitely come back again and hopefully get to do some actual exploring.

I booked the Airbnb unit at 9:30 PM last minute booking and 10 minutes later I received my check in information! Yes Jake was very helpful and made my needs and made sure even that I booked last minute I had a place to lay my head I recommend Jake anytime you visit Pittsburgh!

Great host , great location

Terrific kitchen, bath amenities. Everything you want, and if anything is missing the host is fast to accommodate! No elevator, which is true with many Pittsburgh Airbnb’s, just be aware. Comfy bed linens, very relaxing.

Jake’s place was perfect for our stay being so close to the hospital. The bed was SO cozy and we had everything we needed to stay as long as possible. Jake was very proactive when we had some issues with the keypad, had it fixed immediately, and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely be using them in the future for stays!

Great place! Very comfortable and convenient for my needs. I would recommend this stay to anyone…

Great host very responsive and the unit was clean and look just like the picture highly recommend
